• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your shipping location.

• Price changes will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order — it does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Pricing errors
• Product unavailability
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements

Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and any additional methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment credentials.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• APEOLOGY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received — please contact the carrier directly.
• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Final sale items, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at javiergooding@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ON, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in ON, Canada.
