Return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Free Exchanges
Exchange for a different size or color at no extra cost within 30 days.
Easy Process
Email hello@apeology.shop with your order number to start a return.
Please note: Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons, processing times may extend to 3–4 business days.
